June 10, 2010, Nanhai Project---CITIC Lake Country Club officially finishes check and acceptance.

As an important component part of large-scale CITIC Lake real-estate project, Nanhai Project was officially launched in Nov 19, 2007. Under the leadership of the company leaders, and with the concerns and assistance from the company leaders and colleagues, all staff of Nanhai project made full efforts in fulfilling the task and finally completed the construction task within Party A's time schedule, making itself the first on-schedule subsidiary project of CITIC Nanhai Project. Nanhai Project's construction quality was praised by the ownership and leaders of different departments, setting an important construction model for the company's "construction quality year"2009.

Meanwhile, this project helps our company to explore a set of effective operation methods of cooperating with real estate construction project, especially with the large-scale real estate project. It greatly enriches our company's course construction mode and strategies.
